Precision forged knives feature tempered and hardened high-carbon steel blades with a long-lasting V-ground edge that’s easy to sharpen. Perfectly balanced, triple-riveted synthetic handles are more sanitary than wood. Cherry block has a great countertop presence, with plenty of slots for old favorites and new additions. This set includes a 3-inch flat-cut paring knife, 3.5-inch paring knife, 5-inch serrated utility knife, 6-inch utility knife, 8-inch cook’s knife, 9-inch sharpening steel and come-apart kitchen shears.
